Prayer for strength and healing.

Loving Father,
I come before You today feeling weary in body and heavy in heart. You know the struggles I’m facing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I don’t have the strength on my own, but I know that You are my refuge and my healer, my ever-present help in time of need.

Lord, I ask for Your healing touch over every place in me that is broken. Whether it’s pain in my body, grief in my soul, or anxiety in my mind, I place it all in Your hands. I believe that nothing is too hard for You. You are the God who heals—Jehovah Rapha—and by Your stripes, we are healed.

Give me strength today, Father—not just to get through, but to stand firm in faith. Let Your joy be my strength. Remind me that even in my weakness, Your grace is sufficient for me, and Your power is made perfect in weakness. I may not see the full answer yet, but I choose to trust Your timing and rest in Your promises.

Bring peace to the storms inside of me. Quiet the voices of fear and fill me with Your perfect love that drives out all fear. Breathe new life into dry bones and renew my hope.

I lift up not only my needs, but also those I love who are hurting. Stretch out Your healing hand over them. May Your presence comfort them, strengthen them, and bring restoration to every part of their being.

Thank You Lord, that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You bind up every wound with tender care. I rest in Your arms today, knowing You are with me and You are working all things for good.
