Samsung seems all set to release the stable One UI 6 build based on Android 14. A company moderator has suggested that this is the last week for the One UI 6 Beta program. Samsung is now in the process of conducting a final inspection of all beta versions of the software and the issues that cropped up in them. Once the company is satisfied that the issues have been addressed, we could see a stable One UI 6 launch in the coming week.
Samsung released the One UI 6 Beta 8 update for the Galaxy S23 series last week. The software carried stability improvements, bug fixes, and some feature enhancements. It also updated some stock Samsung apps and included the latest October 2023 Android security patch. No new features or major changes were added with the beta, so it’s clear Samsung is close to releasing a stable build.
Samsung will inform users about the stable One UI 6 release via the usual channels, including the Samsung Members app. So if you have a Galaxy S23 series phone, you should be on the lookout for the stable Android 14 update in the next few days.
That said, the Samsung moderator failed to share a concrete date for the One UI 6 stable rollout. If Samsung finds more issues to fix in the beta software, we could be in for another beta update.
