I want to make a complain about the Nokia customer service at Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria on the Nokia 3.2 phone I bought 9 month ago and the customer service ask me to pay #28000 for the phone board which is still under warranty. The phone has a network fluctuations problem. The reason they gave was that the phone was not made for Nigeria use and itwas through Jumia Nigeria I bought it. My Nokia 7.1 keep switching off on its own and switching on by itself please what the problem
Wow. My wife’s Nokia 7 has been switching off and looping, refuses to restart. Usually can only start it by charging. However was at Nokia center in Ikeja today and the experience is just horrible. Probably because the phone is under warranty. Not a good buy in my book. It is best to avoid Nokia 7.
